About me

Who am I?

I'm Maranda, a passionate UI/UX designer with a unique journey into the world of interactive design. A few years ago, I embarked on this path after considering various careers, including an FBI agent, psychologist, and business professional. My story took a turn when my uncle suggested I explore the tech industry. After some thorough research on Google and YouTube, I discovered my true calling in UI/UX design.

UI/UX design allows me to blend creativity with functionality, crafting user-centric digital experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly usable. I thrive on the challenge of solving complex problems through design, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and engaging for the end user. My design philosophy centers around empathy, usability, and continuous improvement, always putting the needs of the user first.

Fun Fact!

Beyond my professional life, I have a few passions that keep me inspired and energized:
Gaming Enthusiast: I absolutely love playing video games. Whether it's on my PlayStation or PC, I can immerse myself for hours. My all-time favorite game is The Sims 4, where I enjoy creating and managing virtual lives, losing track of time as I build and design within the game.
K-Pop and Indie Music Fan: I'm a big fan of K-pop, with Lesserafim and New Jeans constantly on repeat. Outside of K-pop, I'm really into alternative/indie music. Men I Trust's "Untourable Album" and Girl in Red's "We Fell in Love in October" are among my absolute favorites.
